Sunset

Last night I continued my quest for images that capture dramatic light of the sun on a horizon. The definition of insanity is said to be "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result". Often I feel this way, esspecially when I consider not much has changed in my subject matter. I guess to me it's still in the process of learning. Learning about how to achieve a desired outcome. As well as learning what are the possibile variables in the process that can be controlled to effect that outcome. In the case of the lens flare above, I really like how I managed to get the center of the light flare to be knocked out in the local adaptation process.
